Unified Russian and Belarusian educational space

In a recent commentary Efim Pivovarov, Rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities, spoke of the necessity to focus on issues of complementarity education in the schools and universities of Russia and Belarus. He said that we need uniform standards and textbooks, and we need to remove any limitations and quotas in respect of those who wish to study.
