Petr Miklashevich: In case of the adoption of Union State Constitutional Act, Constitutional Court of Belarus will continue to act within its commission

In case of the adoption of Union State Constitutional Act, Constitutional Court of Belarus will continue to act within its commission, - said Petr Miklashevich, president of the Constitutional Court, at the press-conference in National Press Centre of the Republic of Belarus. “Constitutionally we have Constitutional Court, which is called to see to all constitutional documents compliance”, pointed out P.Miklashevich. Answering the question about the possible changes in the functions of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus in case of the adoption of Union State Constitutional Act, Petr Miklashevich reminded that after the adoption of this document there is a provision for Union State court formation, which will undertake the main law enforcement practice.
