That was said by Minister of economic development of Russia Elvira Nabiulina on January, 28 in Minsk at the common board meeting of the Ministry of economics of Belarus and the Ministry of economic development of Russia. According to her, this is clearly seen by the fact that according to the results of 2008 the turnover of Belarus and Russia exceeded 35 billion US dollars that is more than 30% higher in comparison with 2007. And the states plan to increase further mutual turnover. Besides there is a particular need for cooperation between the two states in present conditions of the global financial crisis.
