Alexander Lukashenko with Official Visit to Turkmenistan
During the sitting of Turkmenian Ministers’ cabinet that took place on June, 12th, 2009, deputy head of government and Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov reported about the preparation for official visit of President of Republic of Belarus to Turkmenistan.

The visit of President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is scheduled for June, 17-19, 2009.
President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov heard the report and underlined that Belarus is the long traditional partner of Turkmenistan. President of Turkmenistan pointed out that cooperation between the two states has large potential and great perspectives for its full-scale implementation.
