Cooperation is the basis of Union State security
In accordance with the Union State Agreement the security of the Union State depends on close military cooperation between Russia and Belarus and cooperation between the armies of the two countries, including taking part in joint exercises, as is being confirmed by the ‘West 2013’ Russian and Belarusian strategic exercises.
