Each city has its own symbols, or brands, as they are called it today. In Vitebsk, Belarus, there are two brands - Mark Shagal and the "Slavianski Bazaar". It is unsurprising that this city, situated on the Dvina River, is called the cultural capital of Belarus, and visit to look, for themselves, at the streets depicted in world famous paintings and to visit one of the most prestigious art fairs in Europe. This year the fair took place between 11 - 15 July.
