The monument to the People’s Artist of Belarus is to be unveiled in Yekaterinburg in 2014.

Russian company “ Rus -K” won an auction for the sale of 38.6 % of Minsk regional executive committee shares in the Open Joint Stock Company “Holding management company “Zabudova”.

But Belarusian and Russian parties are not willing to reveal their plans for the future until the contract will be signed, TUT.by reports .

“On 26 December the auction was considered successful. There was only one auction participant. The block of shares of Minsk regional executive committee was sold for BYR 127 billion 680 million, that means “the initial price plus 5%”. The winner of an auction is the Russian company “Rus -K”, TUT.by was told in the territorial state property fund of Minsk region.

It was said in Minsk regional executive committee that they would be able to comment on auction results when “the contract will be signed and the investor will transfer money to the budget”. They say there is an example when a Russian company bought “Veska-Emulbit” company at the auction but then refused to pay the money. According to the legislation, sale and purchase agreement should be concluded within 20 days from the date of an auction. Within 30 days after the conclusion of an agreement a buyer should make a payment.

According to the available information the company “ Rus -K” has been cooperating with the holding “ Zabudova” for more than 10 years. The officials in Minsk regional executive committee hope that thanks to the investors “the company will be modernized and volume of export sales will increase, primarily in Russia”.

“Zabudova” company is located in Chist village in Molodechno district, Minsk region. The company employs more than two thousand people. The holding, which was founded in 1990, includes a building structures factory (building materials from cellular and heavy concrete), a woodworking factory (door blocks), a roof tile factory, a building materials factory (dry building mixes) and a quarry. The h olding company has its own distribution company for the Belarusian market (“ Trading company “Zabudova”) , a trading company operating in Russia (“ Trading house “Zabudova” ), agricultural industry in Molodechno district , fishing industry in Vileyka district and construction company.

The state share in the Open Joint Stock Company “Holding management company “Zabudova” was 62.52 % at the beginning of the year, including 19.99 % in the property of the Republic. Minsk regional executive committee owned 38.6% of all the company shares before the auction. It was noticed in the committee that “the state is not leaving “Zabudova” company”. “The state will own a sufficient share in a joint stock company for management decision making,” noticed the representative of the committee.

The company “Rus -K” was founded in 1998. Since 2000 it specializes in the design of public, residential and office buildings, as well as private houses. The company is a part of a holding company which works in the fields of construction and transportation. The company is said to be founded by Edward Tosunyan. In the late 80's and early 90's he headed “Yerevanshin”, held the post of the Deputy Minister of Construction in Armenia. Then he founded the company "Rus -K", which is focused on the design of residential and public buildings in Moscow. The managing director of the company is Karen Tosunyan.

The information about possible purchase of the block of “Zabudova” shares was confirmed by LLC “Rus -K” but the representatives of the company refused to comment it in details referring to the directorship absence because of the long holidays in Russia.
