Experts will improve draft Concept of cooperation between CIS countries in the sphere of culture

On June, 28-29, 2009 there will be an expert group meeting dedicated to the improvement of draft Concept of cooperation between CIS member states in the sphere of culture. This was reported to the soyuz.by journalist in the press-service of CIS Executive Committee.

On June, 28-29, 2009 there will be an expert group meeting dedicated to the improvement of draft Concept of cooperation between CIS member states in the sphere of culture. This was reported to the soyuz.by journalist in the press-service of CIS Executive Committee.

The document represents a complex of official views coordinated by CIS countries on aims, tasks and main areas of cooperation in this sphere. Thus principles of cooperation in the case of cultural heritage, theatre, music and art support and cultural industry development are discussed in this document.

Concept implementation is expected to create conditions for consopidations of efforts made by CIS states and aimed at preservation and development of national cultures.

Representatives of Azerbaijan Republic, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Republic of Tadzhikistan and Republic of Uzbekistan are planned to take part in the meeting.
