Kubrin: Technical higher educational institutions of the RF and Belarus should align their cooperation

On 2 July the Deputy State Secretary of the Union State, A.A. Kubrin, took part in a seminar for the heads of the leading higher educational institutions of Belarus and Russia, as part of the framework of preparations for the II Union State Forum of Higher Educational Institutions specialising in Engineering and Technology.<br />
