20 years of the Union State: Secretary of State summed up the year
The search for different forms of integration between Russia and Belarus began almost immediately after the collapse of the USSR. First there was the Treaty establishing the community of the two countries signed an agreement on the Parliamentary Assembly in 1996. A year later, on 2 April 1997, an agreement was signed on the Union of Belarus and Russia. In honor of this event, set the holiday - the Day of Unity of the peoples of the two countries
