State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev expressed condolences to the relatives and friends of passengers and crew members of the An-12 aircraft of the Belarusian airline “Grodno”, which crashed near Irkutsk. This was reported in the Standing Committee of the Union State.
