Russia and Belarus to sign an agreement on mutual recognition of visas in 2019
The "sporty" truncated version of the document will be agreed by the end of May this year, the head of the department on citizenship and migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus Aleksey Begun told reporters.
