St. Rimma (commemorating the 100th anniversary of World War I)

Rimma Ivanova was the only “ordinary” woman to be granted the highest military award - the Order of St. George (Fourth Class). Previously, only Empress Catherine II and Maria Amalia, Queen of the Two Sicilies had been awarded this Order. Moreover, she was also awarded  the Cross of St. George (Fourth Class) and two Medals of St. George.
