A team of Belarusian and Siberian scientists became the winner of the Academician Valentin Koptyug Prize in 2022 for a series of works "Powerful microwave photodiodes based on A3V5 semiconductor heterostructures for radio photonics systems". This decision was made by the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the press service of the National Academy of Sciences reported.
