S.Shukhno: “It is a very eventful autumn for Union State”

The meeting of Supreme State Council of Union State is planned to be held in compliance with the presidents’ agreements at the beginning of November of the current year. In general he pointed out that the autumn is very eventful for Union State. Thus on October, 6th in Minsk Union State Ministers Council meeting with the agenda including 21 issues will take place. Prime-Ministers will consider trade and economic aspects of integration, a range of union programms, the process of common information space creation and the work over the project of the full-length feature film “Brest fortress”.

Union State Parliamentary Assembly session is scheduled for the middle of October at which it is planned to introduce union budget for 2009.

Apart from that it is planned to hold a range of events in social, cultural and economic spheres: “Tourism in Union State” forum, the third forum of union programms projects that will take place on October, 21-22 in Moscow. At the end of October in Smolensk the final stage of the Competition between pupils from Belarus and Russia will take place. “It will be a very intense work”, - summed up S.Shukhno.
