“Slavyanski Bazar in Vitebsk” is already for a long time not a regional cultural event but it belongs to all-European culture. And it is not surprising. Sincerity, boldness and the desire to give good and joy to everybody around have always distinguished the participants and quests of the festival. Traditionally during these days Parliamentary Assembly deputies come to Vitebsk. “I can say with confidence that here they not only work but also rest by soul. Because “Slavyanski Bazar in Vitebsk” is the holiday of Slavic soul. This is the holiday of unity of our culture and historical heritage. And holiday –it is always fun. It is joy.
