Albert Stepanov: On Belarusian territory Union budget is made better use of

In Zvenigorod at the eleventh meeting of the standing seminar under the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union between Belarus and Russia re Union State formation on the subject “On efficiency of the mechanism of the Union State budget drawing up and implementation” Albert Stepanov, Deputy State Secretary of the Union State, said that on Belarusian territory Union budget is made better use of than on Russian one.

In particular, by way of example he mentioned the use of Union funds by Belarusian frontier guards for provision of the necessary facilities at Belarusian borders. One more good example of the Union funds use is provision of the necessary facilities to customs infrastructure. All this confirms the adequacy of the innovative course of the Union budget development, believes Deputy State Secretary.
