Vojtech Filip: Union State is an Excellent Idea

The Union State of Belarus and Russia is an excellent idea, - claimed Vice Speaker the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic (Vice-Speaker of the Lower House of the Czech Parliament) Vojtech Filip in an exclusive interview to the Union State’s information and analytical portal . According to him, people, who are now working for the Union bodies, are working very actively and, thus, do good for the Belarusian and Russian society. Besides, the Czech parliamentarian believes that both Russia and Belarus need the Union State as the two countries’ peoples are linked with thousands of strong strings. The Czech parliament gave a positive assessment to the current state of contacts between the Czech-Russian and Czech-Belarusian business. “At present the contacts between Belarusian and Czech businessmen are developing dynamically, while the level of development of the Russian-Czech business is higher than that in Belarus”, - noted Vojtech Filip. The parliamentarian thinks, that the whole territory of the Belarus-Russia Union State is attractive for Czech business, as “there are good chances of promoting out (Czech – edit.) technologies in the East”.
