Gennadi Davydko: Public interest in Union State formation should be revived.

Public interest in Union State formation should be revived, said the member of the Commission on Information Policy and Cooperation with Public Organizations at the Union Parliamentary Assembly, deputy of the House of Representatives of National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Gennadi Davydko during the interview with the correspondents of information Analysis Portal of the Union State.

And according to the parliamentarian this interest can appear only when the peoples understand that Union State formation will be beneficial for every single person, for the both peoples of Union State. Besides, Gennadi Davydko believes that the peoples of Belarus and Russia should understand why they can’t live apart and why they should be together and on what conditions will they live together. “When a person builds a house, he plans what rooms he will have and how he will locate them, where he will place a sofa or TV-set and other things. But in this situation (current Union State formation –editorial comment) we don’t observe such a thing since it is not a common house yet. Thus it should be made clear that Union State will be a common house”, -pointed out figuratively Gennadi Davydko.
