A.Lukashenko met with Union State Secretary P.Borodin

“Chairman of the Union State Supreme State Council AlexanderLukashenko pointed out that he sent the SCC agenda to the Russian side that presented its variant of the document”, - underlined in press-service.

“We must discuss what makes the difference between them since the agenda that has been worked out by me together with the President of the Russian Federation. Dmitri Medvedev agreed on all the questions, but asked to give the Russian side some time to study it. How much does the opinion of the Russia people vary from that agenda we together with Dmitri Medvedev agreed on earlier? Can we quietly move on towards the holding of the Supreme State Council quietly? Is everything ready?” – said A.Lukashenko.

P.Borodin said that he, acting with the compliance with task given by President of Belarus, sent the Russian side, including both the Administraion of President of Russia and Russian Government bodies, all the proposals concerning the agenda of the SCC meeting,. “The task you gave is almost fulfilled. All the questions you raised are very topical and concern first of all economics and maintenance of jobs”, - pointed out P.Borodin.

As it was informed by press-service, during the meeting economic problems have been discussed including industrial projects, the perspectives of the formation of new transport corridors, the problem of employment and financial and credit and price policies.
