Grigory Rapota is known as a highly efficient manager. Such an opinion was expressed during the video-briefing on www.soyuz.by by Head of the International Relations Department at the Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of Belarus, Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Policy Department of the Research Advisory Board under the Union State Parliamentary Assembly, Doctor of Political Sciences Sergei Kizima.

Such an opinion was expressed during the video-briefing on www.soyuz.by by Head of the International Relations Department at the Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of Belarus, Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Policy Department of the Research Advisory Board under the Union State Parliamentary Assembly, Doctor of Political Sciences Sergei Kizima.

“In particular, when he worked for one of the military organizations of the Russian Federation in the 90s, he significantly increased its export in just six months, and, according to professionals, in the shortest possible time significantly reorganized this organization, making it much more effective,” he noted.

Sergei Kizima reminded that Grigory Rapota has an excellent career history. “He held high posts in various integration organizations, including the EurAsEC, the most important posts in Russia. From one of these posts he was appointed (to the position of the State Secretary of the Union State),” he said.

As was noted by the expert, a Head of the Federal District in Russia is one of the twenty most influential people in the country. “So, the fact that before that he was the head of another federal district – that is, after achieving good results in one district he was redirected to another – proves that this is indeed an efficient civil servant,” added Sergei Kizima.

In his opinion, the important point is that Grigory Rapota has technical education. “He understands what modern technology, modern tech production is. And that’s exactly what we should do first of all. If we do not have any new technologies and industries based on them, both within the Union State and the EurAsEC, we have no future,” said the Doctor of Political Sciences.
