Dmitri Medvedev Awarded Pavel Borodin Order of Honor

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev with decree number 1515 of November 21, 2011 awarded Pavel Borodin, Union State Secretary, the Medal of Honor. The corresponding decree was placed in the documents bank of the Russian head of state. The decree states that Borodin was awarded " for outstanding contribution to the establishment and development of the Union State and the expansion of Russian- Belarusian cooperation."
