Day of the Union State to Be Held on June 29th at Moscow Exhibition in Honor of the CIS 20th Anniversary

The Day of the Union State will be held on June 29th within the framework of the exhibition marking the 20th anniversary of the CIS, Union State Standing Committee informed the journalists.

The Day of the Union State will be held on June 29th within the framework of the exhibition marking the 20th anniversary of the CIS, Union State Standing Committee informed the journalists.

The exposition will take place in Moscow at the All-Russian Exhibition Center from June 28th to July 3rd. Union State exposition will be organized under the motto “The Union State – For the Benefit of the Peoples” on 500 square meters of open space and 250 square meters of closed space. The central section is to demonstrate the achievements of Belarusian-Russian integration in the areas of economy, trade, social policy, culture, education, industry as well as military sphere.

It is also intended to present both ongoing and prospective programmes and activities of the Union State. In addition, Belarusian and Russian companies that take part in implementation of Union projects will also show their stands.

Business agenda of the Day of the Union State will include a theoretical and practical conference, a round table meeting “Integration Potential of Russian and Belarusian Science” and Inter-Academy Council for Union State development.
