Sergey Mironov: For the time being one cannot set an exact date of the meeting of the Union State Supreme Council.

As is reported by Sergey Mironov, Chairman of Russian Council of Federation, for the time being one cannot set an exact date of the meeting of the Union State Supreme Council. According to him, the schedule of such meetings as well as their agendas is fixed by the Heads of the two states. At the same time one can trace certain a tradition to hold such meeting at the end of each year. This tradition is the evidence of both countries’ (Belarus and Russia) determination towards further all-embracing integration, increase and development of the Union State strength. “As soon as the Presidents of our countries wish to hold such a council, we will organize it”, noted Sergey Mironov.
