Russia, Belarus and Poland on Friday will hold trilateral talks on the quality of oil in the Druzhba pipeline. One of the issues for discussion will be the possibility of pumping low-quality oil from the pipe in these countries, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak told reporters.
