Today the 63rd session of the permanent seminar at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia on the construction of the Union State is being held in the world. The theme of the event is “Historical and patriotic tourism as an effective means of educating children and youth of the Union State. As the Deputy Head of the Representative Office of the Standing Committee of the Union State in Minsk noted, Belarus and Russia perfectly understand the importance of patriotic, spiritual and moral education of youth.
