Russian Foreign Ministry: Moscow and Minsk take into account NATO expansion and growth of forces near common borders
Belarus and Russia take into account the expansion of NATO and the build-up of its forces along their common borders. This was stated by the director of the Second Department of the CIS countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexei Polishchuk, RIA Novosti reports.
