Representatives of the Russian-Belarusian Business Council visit the Promburvod Plant
On 29 October 2013 a delegation from the Russian-Belarusian Business Council (RBBC) visited the Promburvod Plant. The delegation was headed by Boris Kirilov, the Executive Director of the RBBC and Vice President of Novikombank. Alexey Kubrin, the Deputy Secretary of the Union State and member of the RBBC, was one of the members of the delegation.
