" We see a decent lag of the refinancing rate against inflation ," - added the chairman of the National Bank .
The last time the refinancing rate in Belarus was reduced on April 17 - by 1.5 percentage points up to 27% per annum.
The refinancing rate in 2013 is to be reduced to 13-15% per annum.
