OSCE is one of the frameworks where the issue of creation of new architecture of European security is discussed. This process is actively involving regional organizations on the initiative of the Russian Federation. Within the scopes of this dialogue OSCE Secretary General will speak at the OSCE meeting dedicated to the main problems of security and stability on Eurasian space.

In the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization they pointed out that CSTO and OSCE are cooperative constructively. During the regular meetings of the leaders of the both organizations and working consultations the issues of cooperation development in the following spheres are discussed: conflict prevention and crisis response, the usage of prevention diplomacy and realization of the common projects in the sphere humanitarian action in Afghanistan.
