CSTO leader with working visit to Belarus

On Wednesday started working visit to the Republic of Belarus by the Collective Security Treaty Organization General Secretary Nikolai Bordyuzhi. “This is a plan trip, during which the meetings with the Security Council and the Ministry of Defence of the country took place. It is planned to discuss the situation of the area of responsibility of the Organization and the course of preparation to the CSTO charters sessions that will took place already in November-December of the current year”, - said Nikolai Bordyuzha to the journalists before his visit to Minsk.

On Wednesday started working visit to the Republic of Belarus by the Collective Security Treaty Organization General Secretary Nikolai Bordyuzhi. “This is a plan trip, during which the meetings with the Security Council and the Ministry of Defence of the country took place. It is planned to discuss the situation of the area of responsibility of the Organization and the course of preparation to the CSTO charters sessions that will took place already in November-December of the current year”, - said Nikolai Bordyuzha to the journalists before his visit to Minsk.

Suring the current visit Nikolai Bordyuzha had a meeting with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Belarus Leonid Maltsev.

In the CSTO office specified that the trip to Minsk is one of the subsequent working visits of the CSTO General secretary to the member-states that are connected with the information sharing with their governments about the Organization activities and the preparation for the charters sessions.

We remind that in October N.Bordyuzha visited the Republic of Armenia that is in the chair of CSTO at present; among the plans are visits to other Organization states. For the moment the CSTO members are the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kirgizia Republic, Russian Federation, the Republic of Tadzhikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
