Personnel Training on Drug Control for CSTO to be discussed in Minsk

On August, 25th in Minsk there will be a working group meeting on cooperation in the sphere of personnel training on drug control for the member-states of Collective Security Treaty Organization. That was reported to journalists by the Head of Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Belarus Svetlana Borovskaya.

On August, 25th in Minsk there will be a working group meeting on cooperation in the sphere of personnel training on drug control for the member-states of Collective Security Treaty Organization. That was reported to journalists by the Head of Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Belarus Svetlana Borovskaya.

She said that professionals in the sphere of national antidrug structures of Armenia, Tadzhikistan, Russia and Belarus are to take part in the meeting.

During the meeting topical problems related to personnel training on drug control will be considered. Svetlana Borovskaya pointed out that the participants will approve the final project on education programme for drug control personnel training for CSTO member-states. The project was developed and prepared by Federal Service on drug control in Russia.

At the meeting it is also planned to sum up the results of coordinative council work in the first half of this year and to develop the plan of activities for 2010.
