“These are all operational facilities of the State Security Committee, Committee’s antiterrorist center, all available resources and potential of the operational service and examining bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The investigation team was formed of the most qualified investigators from the public prosecutor's office, Ministry of Internal Affairs and State Security Committee,” he said.

Speaking of foreign specialists involved in the investigation, A. Shved reminded that specialists from the Russian Federation as well as consultants from other countries, “ from those states that have experience in fighting terrorism”, were involved in the work from the first day.

In his turn, Acting Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Pekarski noted that more than 200 countries lent Belarus assistance in the investigation. Acting Minister said he would not like to divulge the exact list of the countries that participated in the investigation. “None of the countries wants to show its participation as they fear a wave of terrorist attacks at home. If we talk about Israel, it was their first request – not to mention it to any mass media,” said Oleg Pekarski.
