BSU will train Belarusian specialists for union space programms

At present within the scopes of the Union State space programms the system of the specialists training and professional development in space industry is being created. This was reported by A.Kravtsov.

A.Kravtsov said that the scientists who worked on the union programms “Kosmos – BR”, “Kosmos – SG” and are working on “Kosmos –NT” have been working for many years, already from the Soviet Union time, and “it is natural that we need the rising generation, thus a great attention is being paid to youth training that would catch up these new technologies and would develop them further”.

The first steps in this direction have been already made. The agreement with Belarusian State University has been reached on the creation of educational programms for space specialists. The courses will be given on the basis of the BSU physics department both in terms of resident classes and in the form of on-line lectures and seminars also by the means of video communication. This will allow to specialists to receive knowledge from the most eminent scientists of Russia in the interactive format and will give them an opportunity to develop their skills without discontinuing work over union programms.
