Series of Belarusian Radio Programmes “Light of Soul” Became Laureate of Contest “I Love Russia”

As is reported by the press service of Belarusian Broadcasting Company, the series of spiritual-educational programmes “Light of Soul” produced by First National Channel of Belarusian Radio was awarded the first prize in the nomination “Territory of Orthodoxy” at the open All-Russian contest among regional journalists “I Love Russia”. The author of the series is Ludmila Mitakovich.

As is reported by the press service of Belarusian Broadcasting Company, the series of spiritual-educational programmes “Light of Soul” produced by First National Channel of Belarusian Radio was awarded the first prize in the nomination “Territory of Orthodoxy” at the open All-Russian contest among regional journalists “I Love Russia”. The author of the series is Ludmila Mitakovich.

The radio programmes of Belarusian Broadcasting Company that were presented at the contest received a high appraisal of the organizing committee and the festival jury. Moreover, they were awarded the first prize in the nomination “Territory of Orthodoxy” for reflecting the theme of unity of Slavonic nations. The series narrates about Russians in Belarus and Belarusians in Russia whose fortunes are united by spiritual creation for the benefit of fraternal nations.

The initiators of the contest are the Centre of Russia’s National Glory and the Fund of St. Andrew, the "First-called" Apostle. The participants were assessed in several nominations. More than two thousand journalistic works produced by printed mass media, tele- and radio companies from Siberia, the Far East, Ural, Central regions of Russia and Kaliningrad region were presented at the contest.
