Foreign journalists do not need accreditation by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry to cover the Ice Hockey World Championship
Decree No.477 concerning media coverage during the 2014 Ice Hockey World Championship, and signed by Alexander Lukashenko, the Belarusiam Head of State, indicates that foreign journalists will not need to be accredited by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry in order to cover the World Championship in Minsk.
