A presentation by the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus was delivered during the plenary session of the ‘Day of Belarusian Economy’ in Berlin. The Minsk Automobile Plant has exhibited a sample of the vehicles which it hopes will soon be on the roads in Sochi. The Sochi authorities plan to acquire 355 more new buses by the end of the year, ahead of the Olympics. There will be 127 large capacity buses while the rest will be of medium capacity. They will replace older public service vehicles. The city authorities are currently deciding on their supplier.
