Vladimir Putin: Olympic University in Sochi will be open to everybody

Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, has taken part in ceremonies marking the official opening of the Russian International Olympic University campus in Sochi. Speaking in front of the students and professors, the Russian President stated that the University will be open to everybody who is shares the ideals of sports and a healthy lifestyle.

Alexander Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus, demanded more success from athletes. He said that big money will only be allocated as a result of strong performances. According to the Russian online hotel reservation service, Oktugo.ru, the ten the most popular summer holiday destinations for Russian families with small children include Spain, Turkey, the resorts of Krasnodar Territory, Crimea, Croatia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Italy and Belarus. The rating was based on reservation data from hotels for summer 2013.
